I’M AN ARTIST WITH EXPERTISE IN BOTH DIGITAL AND TRADITIONAL MEDIA.

Working on video games like Rock Band and Fortnite Festival at Harmonix and then Epic Games for 16 years, I developed expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, material creation and in-engine prototyping while developing general skills in VFX, UI, and mocap cleanup. Before working in video games, I was a college teacher for 15 years and received the Frazier Award for Excellence in Teaching at the Rhode Island School of Design in 2006. In addition to RISD, I've taught at the New York Academy of Art, Rhode Island College, the University at Buffalo, and Hubei Normal University in China. I was an Artist Educator in Residence at the Metropolitan Museum of art in conjunction with the exhibition, The Passions of Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux and have taught workshops in Effective Feedback, Sculpture, Anatomy and Drawing at many companies and institutions. My work has been widely exhibited and featured in exhibitions at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, the Dahesh Museum, the National Sculpture Society and the Parrish Art Museum. As a founding member of Secret Portal, I worked with a team to create multiple events at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston that combined VR with physical spaces.
