FORTNITE CREATIVE: PATCHWORK (MODULAR SYNTHESIZER) DEVICES

The Fortnite Creative: Patchwork Device Suite is a set of devices for Fortnite Creative and UEFN that allows users to create and manipulate music and visuals. Creators can directly control these devices, or set them up to sync with gameplay states and events. As a member of the small, interdisciplinary team that created these devices, I:

• Prototyped UX and aesthetic design that allowed the devices to plug into each other, expand to reveal layers of information and visualize their functionality 

• Generally helped on the whole suite, but was primarily responsible for UX, concepting and modeling for the Splitter, the Music Manager and the Patchwork Tool

• Worked on the UX, level design, set dressing, lighting and additional models for the Patchwork Music Gallery and Patchwork Club tutorial levels in UEFN
