Rock Band 4
Rock Band 4 is a rhythm game developed and published by Harmonix released on October 6, 2015. It’s the fourth main installment in the Rock Band series and allows players to simulate the playing of music using instrument controllers that mimic playing lead and bass guitar, drums, and vocals. Rock Band 4 refocused on the core gameplay of the franchise and emphasized the game's social interactions.
During the first part of production, I worked as the Character Artist in charge of crowd assets and:
Concepted, Modeled and texted 20 character variations for the crowd
Implemented and optimized the crowd models and animations
In the latter phase of production, I worked as a Tech Artist to:
Help a programmer design a physics system for hair and other secondary motion
The game engine was being created at the same time as the game
Rig, skin, implement and bug fix every asset in the game that used this new system
